International Delivery
It has been our experience that shipping times vary widely depending on the destination. Please allow 7 to 21 business days for international delivery.

How do I track my order?
Check the status of an order by entering your order number + email address in the Order Tracking area of our website. You'll find the order number in both the order confirmation and shipping notification email messages you received from Mannheim Steamroller.com . Track Order

If your order was placed by phone and you do not have an email address, please call our Customer Service Department at 402-457-4341 and we will be glad to provide you with your tracking number.

Note: Please note that it can take 24 hours after an order is shipped for its status to appear on our site (the customer has to get their tracking number from our site before they can go to the UPS site to track).

How do I cancel an order?
You may contact us at 402-457-4341 to cancel an order before it ships. If you have email, please email your cancellation request to us at orders@americangramaphone.com. Once an order processes and ships you are able to return the unopened package to receive a refund, minus shipping and handling fees.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return/exchange policy?
All returns or exchanges must be made within 60 days. If you return an item we will refund your purchase price. Reductions on multiple savings items are subject to reduction if merchandise is returned (there are buy 3 for a special price and buy 3 get one free specials in the catalog and we want to be sure everyone understands that they will get a refund for the purchase price only). Our apologies, we cannot refund shipping and handling charges or return postage.

I have a defective CD. Can I get a replacement?
We will be happy to replace your defective CD if you purchased it directly from us. Please call our Customer Service Department at 402-457-4341 or email us at returns@americangramaphone.com.

How do I return or exchange an item?

1. First, call our Customer Service department at 402-457-4341 or email us at returns@americangramaphone.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
2. Second, include that Return Merchandise Authorization number and return the packing slip (enclosed in the original shipment) with your product and indicate the reason for the return. We recommend you return items via UPS Ground or insured USPS for proof of delivery. We also recommend that you reuse the original box and packing materials, if possible. Please be sure to write the Return Merchandise Authorization number on the outside of the box.
3. Third, ship returned items to:

Note: You are responsible for all shipping charges. However, you will be credited for shipping if the product was damaged/defective or if the wrong item was shipped. Please include the postal receipt in your return package.

How would you describe the Fresh Aire series music?
The Fresh Aire series can best be described as 18th Century classic rock. Classical elements collide with rock n’ roll rhythms to create the unique music that earned Mannheim Steamroller composer/creator Chip Davis a GRAMMY Award (Fresh Aire 7). In Fresh Aire, Chip fuses acoustic and electronic instruments to craft the music.

Chip always does a great deal of research on the topics that he musically explores in Fresh Aire. The first four Fresh Aire CDs explore the four seasons and Fresh Aire V through Fresh Aire 8 delve into man’s curiosities about the universe.

On some of the Fresh Aire CDs, Chip features the London Symphony Orchestra and the Cambridge Singers. The entire Fresh Aire series is in HDCD format for the highest audio quality.
